WORCS Schedule Updates As Of 3/23/2020

Official Email Update: https://conta.cc/2WCHMtf

To Our WORCS Family,
Here is our latest scheduling update:

Unfortunately, as of today, the Blythe round at Shorty’s Sports Park (April 10-12th for ATV/SXS and April 17-19th for MC) will have to be postponed. We, along with the staff at Shorty’s MX, were hopeful that that the original paper work and mandates provided would last until the end of March. However, the facility has had to place a hold on all events until April 30th. We are so excited to race at Shorty’s Sports Park and will let you know as soon as we can when we can reschedule for this awesome track!

We have also spoken with the City of Lake Havasu again. The city is closely monitoring the situation but is also eager to get back up and running with events. If at all possible, we are looking to reschedule and hold Motorcycle Rounds 3 & 4 sometime in late April. The final call on whether or not we can have an event in April will be made shortly after April 1st. We want to provide as much time as possible for people to prepare to race! We are also thinking, if we are able to race in Havasu, of bringing back the ATV/SXS’s for another single (not double) round here as well.

Please note that we are providing this info to be very open and keep you in the loop with as much information as possible through these uncertain times. This does not mean the above concerning Havasu will or won’t happen, we are just trying our best to give you as much notice and prep time as possible so you can make a decision that is best for you and your family during this time.

With racing being cancelled across all series, and venues having other events cancelled as well, rescheduling any postponed races will be difficult to navigate. We will do our best to give you at least a two-week notice before any schedule changes occur.

We are trying to navigate uncharted waters and truly do appreciate everyone’s support at this time. We know that when things get back up and running, the schedules may not be ideal for everyone, but our main priority is to get you back to what you love doing the most safely.

Again we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Support your local industry shops, manufactures, and sponsors as much as you can! Pull out those Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Race Gas Cards. Get your bike serviced or suspension, order those parts you have been meaning order, give them a call to find out operating hours and give them a shout on social media, anything helps! Stay Healthy-Stay Positive- and Keep the Good Vibes Going!
