ANOTHER BIKE GIVEAWAY?!?!?

That’s right! During our Las Vegas race at @orleansarena one lucky youth rider will win this 2019 KTM 85 SX 17/14… Winner will be chosen before the pro race inside the arena at approximately 7pm…

The entries will take place April 12-13 2019
How to Enter the Giveaway: Every race entry has a chance to win. Entry forms can be completed at WORCS Registration. Eligible entries will include the entrant’s full legal name, address, phone number, email address and birth date. Only completed and accurate entries are eligible. The limit is one entry per person that enters a race, and will be given an entry form after completion of race entry. No entrants under the age of 18 will be eligible to win the prize, however a legal parent or guardian will be given an entry form to complete for themselves. 

Prize: 

On April 13th before the Pro race, a WORCS official will randomly select from all eligible entries and determine the winner. Entrants must be present to win and will not include any other race classes.
Additional Terms and Conditions of Prize: Prizes are non-transferrable and no substitution will be made. Winner is responsible for all costs, and transportation associated with the KTM 85 SX after winning. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are winner’s responsibility. The winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the bike.

By entering the giveaway, winner agrees to waive any and all claims against WORCS Racing  and any person or entity who provided prizes or services in connection with this giveaway, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, including, without limitation, claims for personal injury, including death, or damage to, or loss of any property arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
