Justin Jones took the holeshot and won the Pro 2 class from start to finish at WORCS 9 at the Cahuilla Creek MX facility. Jones rode at a strong pace, setting the fastest lap of the Pro 2 class with a 9:10 on his second go-around.

Ivan Ramirez (450) pits for goggles in the pouring rain.

Ivan Ramirez took second with defending WORCS Pro 2 Champ Justin Seeds taking third. Ramirez holds a substantial lead in the title chase for the Pro 2 class with a record of 2-1-1-2-5-1-2-2-2 for a total of 201 points.

The only rider with a shot at Ivan was Corey Graffunder 172/2 wins, who did not ride at round nine being out with an injured foot.
